Senior Manager

Roxann Cooper is the Business Development & Marketing Manager whom also handles the IRS and FEMA Portfolio for GLT. She is a former government Executive with over 30 years in customer relations for the federal/local/and state government. Roxann is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies for the company. She actively seeks out new clients and projects, maintains relationships with current clients, along with managing and producing many proposal responses for new work. She is instrumental in GLT receiving many of its company certifications. i.e. (Prince George’s County CBSB,MBE, Maryland Department of Transportation(MDOT) MBE/DBE/SBR, Metropolitan Washington Unified Certification Program (MWUCP)participants include WMATA and DDOT , GSA Schedule IT 70, GSA PSS and other SBA Small business certifications)

Having assisted several small businesses in building or enhancing customer relationships, she looks forward to discussing new business for GLT. An experienced Project Manager who has developed and taught Agile training, Roxann is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a member of the Scrum Alliance. She is a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Phoenix.
