Mr. Levy has over 30 years of experience in Program Management, Information Technology, Strategic Planning, Financial Management, and Acquisitions and has held executive and senior level positions within the Federal Government sector.
Mr. Levy has provided leadership for organizational realignments, reduction in force, and hiring efforts while maintaining high levels of customer service in support of legislatively mandated IT modernization initiatives. He is a recipient of several Department of Treasury - Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Commissioner and Chief Information Officer (CIO) Awards, and he has received accolades from the Armed Forces Communication and Electronics Association (AFCEA) for both his professional leadership and technical accomplishments within the Commercial and Government sectors.
