We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards aligned to industry practices (including least-privilege access, encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, logging and monitoring, vulnerability management, and employee training). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we believe the security of your personal data has been compromised, we will take steps required by law to notify you and remediate.

Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements, then delete or de-identify it according to our retention schedules.

International Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than where you reside (including the United States). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures.
